Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Major Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full life-cycle recruitment of candidates, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Search & Sourcing: Develop innovative and targeted search strategies across various functions and disciplines, including market research to identify specific target companies and talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Convert talent prospects into active candidates through effective attraction, engagement, and evaluation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Networking: Build and maintain talent networks while leveraging industry resources to strengthen external talent pipelines.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic insights and advice to business leaders and stakeholders on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and internal talent acquisition teams, including coordinators and sourcing support, to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, with a focus on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding 
• Extensive experience across the full recruitment life cycle and demonstrated application of best practices.
• Strong background in passive sourcing and talent assessment (experience with behavioural interviewing preferred).

Required Knowledge and Skills:
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Solid understanding of functional organizations, matrix structures, and global business environments.
• Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Must have Australian working rights without employer sponsorship.
