About the Role
Provide Level 2 and 3 support for IT and OT systems across operational environments. Lead incident management, change control and system optimisation. Oversee documentation, vendor engagement and maintenance planning.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Professional industry certifications
- OEM/vendor wireless tech certifications
- C Class driver licence
- RF planning and link budgeting experience
- Experience with telecom and wireless networks
- Develop and optimise maintenance schedules
- Coordinate incident and change management
- Implement system performance improvements
- Manage vendor support and upgrades
- Lead root cause investigations
- Maintain operational documentation sets
