About the Role
We are seeking an experienced  Solutions Architect  to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of autonomous technology. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across complex systems. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, driving innovation while maintaining alignment with product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solution designs aligned with architectural standards and product requirements.
• Ensure designs meet functional safety requirements and are optimized for integration.
• Break down solution designs into actionable work packages for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with system engineers, software architects, QA, and product owners to ensure effective system integration.
• Analyze existing system capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define integration methods (APIs) and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Maintain detailed architecture documentation, including system diagrams and data flows.

• Strong background in software engineering principles and best practices.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex software solutions.
• Skilled at system analysis, identifying enhancements, and implementing integration strategies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, fleet management systems, or mining technology (highly desirable).
