About the Role:
Lead field teams ensuring maintenance, safety, and compliance. Oversee operations, equipment upkeep, and task completion aligned with operational requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Trade or operations background
- HR Licence, Dogging & Forklift tickets
- Confined Space & Working at Heights
- Current First Aid, Police Check
- Mechanical or hydraulic knowledge
- Supervise maintenance and repair tasks
- Conduct daily safety inspections
- Manage equipment and stock control
- Oversee sub-contractors on-site
- Ensure compliance with PPE and procedures
- Report incidents and maintain records
