Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor staffing utilisation and discipline activity plans
- Support preparation of schedule data for contract claims and negotiations
- Ensure accurate scope and logical work sequencing across all schedules
- Review and validate quantity records for assigned disciplines
- Develop and track job hour forecasts and progress for disciplines/specialties
- Identify and monitor critical path activities and short-term schedules
- Track schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Minimum 7+ years within mining construction, preferably within Western Australia
- Proven experience in site-based planning within EPCM projects
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and drive schedule performance
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling tools, and contractor management
