Site E&I Superintendent

Location: Karratha (FIFO from Perth)
Roster: 2:1

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Superintendent to join a major construction project in the resources sector. This role will be responsible for assisting in the site verification of E&I construction works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, standards, and documentation. Based on site, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery through to completions, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a strong health, safety and environment (HSE) culture on site.
  • Interface with contractors, client representatives, and the owner’s team to support safe and timely project delivery.
  • Participate in site meetings and reviews, assisting with issue resolution to ensure progress milestones are met.
  • Verify and sign-off that works are completed in line with design, standards, and approved construction documentation.
  • Support completion and commissioning activities leading into final project handover.
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
  • Proven site-based experience in large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, balancing assertiveness with flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with all site procedures.
