This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 5/2, 4/3 roster, suited to a motivated individual with strong scheduling capability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Scheduling
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to support safe and efficient execution of planned work
- Identify critical path activities, required resources and scheduling constraints
- Ensure schedules are optimised to improve resource utilisation and cost efficiency
- Support the execution of current schedules while identifying improvements for future work plans
- Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with key stakeholders
- Liaise with operations, maintenance and planning teams to ensure upcoming work is well coordinated
- Support risk identification and ensure mitigation strategies are considered within schedules
- Analyse schedule performance and identify opportunities to improve planning and execution
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and data integrity within work management systems
- Contribute to improvements in scheduling processes and maintenance workflows
- Previous maintenance scheduling experience in fixed plant or heavy industry environments
- Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling
- Understanding of work management and maintenance processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment
- C Class driver’s licence
