The Role

As a Senior Risk Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across complex engineering projects and operations. You will provide expert-level risk assessments, develop robust risk management strategies, and work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to minimise potential losses related to safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for complex projects.
• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Provide expert advice on safety, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk mitigation plans.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in engineering, project management, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with risk analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with international or large-scale projects (highly regarded).
