This position plays a critical role in schedule control, interface management, procurement and supply chain integration, and the assessment of contractor claims, ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved baselines and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and control integrated project schedules across study, execution and close-out phases.
- Develop and manage control schedules, ensuring alignment with approved milestones, objectives and governance frameworks.
- Review, assess and manage contractor schedules, including baseline development, validation, acceptance and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Provide accurate schedule reporting, progress measurement and forecasting to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage and integrate procurement and supply chain contract schedules into the overall project schedule.
- Identify, assess and manage schedule risks and critical interfaces, recommending mitigation strategies to minimise impacts.
- Support the assessment of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including schedule analysis and substantiation where required.
- Prepare and present clear, concise schedule reports and narratives to senior and executive stakeholders, translating complex planning issues into meaningful insights.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, commercial, procurement and external contractors to ensure schedule alignment and delivery certainty.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Planner within an owner’s team environment.
- Strong capability in schedule development, control and governance across both study and execution phases.
- Proven experience managing contractor schedules and performance reporting, including baseline assessment and establishment.
- Experience integrating procurement and supply chain schedules into complex project environments.
- Previous exposure to Extension of Time (EOT) assessments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to senior and executive stakeholders.

- Proficiency in industry-standard planning and scheduling tools.
