Senior Project Engineer

Contract length: 12 months

Role Responsibilities:

• Review closure design and as-built documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive site inspections of completed civil works, including access roads, drainage systems, landform reshaping, TSF capping, erosion control, water management structures, and monitoring equipment installations.
• Verify compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and approved closure plans.
• Identify defects or non-conformances and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare and execute documentation related to project closure and handover processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in civil or mining projects, with a focus on quality control and project handovers.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
