Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
 Overview
Are you an experienced Senior Process Engineer
ready to take on a key technical role in an exciting critical minerals development project? Join a growing team working on a high-value Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) where your process design expertise will directly shape project outcomes.
We’re seeking a hands-on engineer with strong technical fundamentals in gravity separation and flotation, a background in base or critical metals, and a passion for developing efficient, sustainable process solutions from concept through design.

About the Role
As the Senior Process Engineer, you will lead process design and metallurgical input into a major greenfield project currently progressing through the PFS stage. Working closely with study managers, consultants, and the broader technical team, you will:
- Develop and refine process flow diagrams, mass/energy balances, and design criteria.
 - Provide technical oversight of metallurgical test work, particularly in gravity separation and flotation.
 - Evaluate and recommend equipment and process technologies to optimise recovery and concentrate quality.
 - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geology, mining, environment, and infrastructure.
 - Translate test work results into fit-for-purpose, cost-effective process designs.
 - Contribute to cost estimation, risk assessment, and project scheduling.
 - Support safety, environmental, and sustainability objectives through sound engineering practices.
 - Mentor and guide junior engineers and study team members.

You will be a technically strong, proactive engineer with a track record of success across both operational and study environments. You’ll bring:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline.
 - 15+ years’ experience in mineral processing, spanning operations and project development.
 - Solid background in gravity separation and flotation processes.
 - Proven experience delivering PFS/DFS-level studies in base or critical metals, ideally having worked in a client side role.
 - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process modelling and simulation tools
 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary settings.

Why Join Us
This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a technically challenging, strategically important project at an early stage. You’ll be part of a small, agile team where your input truly matters — helping shape the next generation of sustainable resource developments.
If you’re ready to make a real impact and play a leading role in bringing a new project to life, we’d love to hear from you.
