Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Maths, CompSci, or related field
- 7+ years in .NET software development
- 3+ years in optimisation algorithms
- Strong C# and .NET proficiency
- Experience with real-time and microservice systems
- Design scalable assignment engines
- Implement mathematical models in C#
- Optimise routing and asset utilisation
- Mentor developers in optimisation principles
- Contribute to reusable NuGet components
