Senior Mechanical Engineer  

Join our high-performance, values-driven team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large overland conveyor project with major client from early phase, through design and into execution. You will have a strong background in design for materials handling projects

You will contribute to the project through:

• Drive project progress
• Design calculations, equipment selection, datasheets, equipment lists
• Prepare technical reports/ reporting on project progress
• Contribute to project reviews
• Ensure work is completed to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Provide advice during design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• General project support for other packages.
• Support junior personnel within the engineering team.

• Bachelor of Mechanical engineering
• Experience in overland conveyor design and chute design. Previous experience within materials handling projects for large mining projects
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team
• Ability to efficiently utilise internal and external stakeholders’ time
• Previous experience within a similar role
