- Investigate and report ground falls, groundwater inflows and changing conditions
- Coach and mentor site teams to strengthen geotechnical capability
- 5+ years’ experience in underground geotechnical engineering
- Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology or Civil Engineering
- Strong capability in ground support design, hazard management and operational support
- Exposure to planning / design tools (Deswik) and geotechnical software (Rocscience)
- Clear communicator with a safety-first mindset and practical judgement
