Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geological field teams and supervise drilling activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements
- Geological logging, sampling, and QA/QC oversight
- Data analysis, reporting, and coordination with project leads
- Support early-stage exploration planning and execution
- 10+ years’ experience in exploration geology
- Proven ability to supervise drilling teams and act as statutory supervisor
- RC and diamond drilling experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Full medical and D&A clearance
- First Aid (preferred)
- Own basic PPE (high-vis, work boots, etc.)
- Day shifts only (12-hour days)
- Camp-based accommodation with Wi-Fi provided
- FIFO/DIDO arrangements available
