An exciting opportunity exists for two experienced Senior Environmental Advisors to join a major Greenfields mining project in Western Australia. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the environmental management and development of a brand-new operation, supporting both construction and operational activities as the project progresses toward first ore.

The Opportunity Working as part of a small, high-performing environmental team, you will be responsible for managing environmental compliance, approvals, monitoring, and providing environmental advice across site operations and project activities.
You will play a critical role in maintaining environmental performance, supporting regulatory requirements, and ensuring best-practice environmental management on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental site investigations, inspections, and monitoring activities
- Manage environmental compliance and environmental performance requirements
- Support environmental approvals processes (Part IV and Part V)
- Provide environmental advice to construction and operational teams
- Manage environmental permits and regulatory obligations
- Maintain environmental data and reporting systems (INX or similar)
- Support environmental reporting, monitoring, and compliance activities
- Engage with regulators and support site compliance visits
- Assist with environmental performance improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with site teams, project teams, and key stakeholders
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an Environmental Advisor or similar role
- Strong experience within mining, construction, or resources projects
- Experience managing environmental compliance, permits, and approvals
- Experience working autonomously in a site-based environment
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and approvals processes
- Experience with environmental monitoring, reporting, and data management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, confident, and solutions-focused approach
