About the Role
The Senior Electrical Engineer (Power Systems) will provide technical support across all project phases from concept to operations. Reporting to the Lead Engineer, the role covers power system studies, design of primary/secondary systems, and stakeholder liaison.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
- 5+ years’ electrical design experience
- Strong power system and fault analysis skills
- Proficiency with PTW, PSS/E, PSCAD, or PowerFactory
- Substation design and commissioning experience
- Deliver technical support across project phases
- Perform detailed primary/secondary system designs
- Undertake power system and arc flash studies
- Develop protection settings and relay configs
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders
- Long-term contract role
