About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Electrical Executive, the Senior Electrical Engineer will deliver design and technical support across sustaining capital projects. You will work within a team of 8, providing expertise across multiple mining clients from design through to commissioning.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- Proven mining project engineering experience
- Strong LV and HV design knowledge
- Skilled in documentation & compliance reviews
- Experience in engineering services environment
- Deliver electrical support across projects
- Provide LV/HV design and vendor oversight
- Review drawings, specs & material requisitions
- Conduct design reviews for compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and guide solutions
- Support procurement, scope & scheduling
- 12+ month contract security
- Diverse portfolio of mining projects
- Exposure to major mining operators
