About You

  • Strong construction and commercial contract management capability
  • Proven experience managing claims and achieving effective commercial outcomes
  • Sound understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and commercial risk
  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and relationship-building capability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
