We’re looking for a senior specialist who genuinely knows their way around enterprise collaboration platforms — someone who’s not just administering tools, but shaping how they’re governed, optimised and scaled.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own the environment, drive uplift, tighten governance, and still roll up your sleeves when a complex L3 issue lands.
What You’ll Be Trusted With
- Leading Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, security & governance)
- Owning and improving Jira & Confluence environments (workflows, permissions, structures)
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex platform issues
- Driving automation and optimisation to improve user experience
- Partnering with vendors and internal teams to keep services secure and scalable
- You’ve supported M365 in a large enterprise (not just SMB)
- You’ve designed Atlassian governance models — not just maintained them
- You’re comfortable balancing BAU stability with continuous improvement
- You enjoy bringing structure, standards, and clarity to collaboration environments
