About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior 2D Layout Designer to join our team in Ascot, WA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing plant layout design for mineral processing and bulk material handling projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of significant developments, contributing your expertise to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare plant layouts and detailed drawings to meet project requirements.
• Review vendor drawings and design data.
• Provide technical and design assistance in consultation with senior designers and engineers.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in all design documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant personnel to produce coordinated, multi-discipline designs.

• Minimum 10 years’ design experience, ideally within mineral processing and bulk materials handling.
• Advanced Diploma of Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD systems (AutoCAD preferred).
• Knowledge of Solid Edge is desirable (training provided).
• Strong understanding of current design and drafting standards.
• Familiarity with EPC and EPCM project environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full and unrestricted Australian work rights.
