Support the Project Leader in delivering large-scale workplace projects. Coordinate governance, procurement, finance, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Project coordination in fitout projects
- Stakeholder management experience
- Procurement and finance support skills
- Strong organisational and reporting ability
- Workplace operations knowledge desirable
- Provide daily project coordination support
- Ensure governance and process compliance
- Manage procurement and finance activities
- Track budgets, contracts and reporting
- Prepare governance docs and Steerco minutes
- Support supplier onboarding and systems access
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Competitive base + superannuation
- 12-month contract with extension potential
- Work on major commercial workplace projects
- Exposure to high-level governance activities
