Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and promote strong safety values across all activities
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver reliability improvement projects to enhance fleet performance and reduce costs
- Drive defect reporting, action management, and defect elimination processes
- Analyse fleet performance data to identify trends and implement asset improvements
- Support and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
- Develop and optimise maintenance strategies
- Review oil sample results daily and implement corrective actions
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (essential)
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Trade Qualification with HME background (essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management
- Condition Monitoring qualification (desirable)
