An opportunity is available for an experienced Projects Scheduler to support the planning, integration, and reporting of complex project and approvals schedules. This role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining integrated, resource-loaded schedules that support delivery planning, risk identification, and portfolio prioritisation.

Working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, the Projects Scheduler will ensure schedules are aligned to agreed standards, maintained throughout the lifecycle, and accurately reported against baselines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6
  • Apply scheduling standards, industry best practice, and Primavera P6 guidelines
  • Liaise with functional delivery teams to develop, update, and maintain project schedules
  • Integrate schedule data across multiple workstreams into a single, holistic delivery pathway
  • Identify scheduling risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimise delivery timelines
  • Provide periodic and end-of-month progress reporting against agreed baselines
  • Analyse and communicate schedule variances and causes of delay
  • Support portfolio prioritisation and schedule scenario analysis
  • Facilitate schedule reviews, optimisation workshops, and risk assessment sessions
  • Track work using agile delivery tools, including Jira
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling outcomes
About You
  • Proven experience in project scheduling within complex delivery environments
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated schedule development
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functional teams
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
