Working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, the Projects Scheduler will ensure schedules are aligned to agreed standards, maintained throughout the lifecycle, and accurately reported against baselines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6
- Apply scheduling standards, industry best practice, and Primavera P6 guidelines
- Liaise with functional delivery teams to develop, update, and maintain project schedules
- Integrate schedule data across multiple workstreams into a single, holistic delivery pathway
- Identify scheduling risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimise delivery timelines
- Provide periodic and end-of-month progress reporting against agreed baselines
- Analyse and communicate schedule variances and causes of delay
- Support portfolio prioritisation and schedule scenario analysis
- Facilitate schedule reviews, optimisation workshops, and risk assessment sessions
- Track work using agile delivery tools, including Jira
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling outcomes
- Proven experience in project scheduling within complex delivery environments
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated schedule development
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functional teams
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
