About the role 

• Reporting to the Site Superintendent, our Project Supervisors take a front- line role in ensuring that our projects are delivered in the safest manner, and that the day-to-day support and management of our contractors is maintained to the highest standard.
• 8/6 roster, overseeing our clients' operational projects
• You will cover a wide variety of scopes (Civil and SMP) Supervising contracting partners daily activities monitoring and driving performance in Safety, progress and quality.
• Completing daily administrative tasks such as Site Diary’s, Quality documentation development and sign off.
• Complete lLeader based Safety including the completion of KPI’s in line with department expectations.
• Review of Contracting Partners pre mobilisation documentation such as Method, CRAW, Quality
• Hold the point of contact role over weekends and in the absence of Superintendent (incident escalation).
• Perform other tasks in line with client supervisory role not limited to the above.
