Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical/process engineering background
- Mining sustaining capital or brownfields experience
- Feasibility and design delivery expertise
- Stakeholder engagement strength
- Consulting or owner’s team experience
- Manage project studies and design deliverables
- Coordinate engineering and project teams
- Drive scope, budget, and schedule outcomes
- Lead risk and stakeholder management
- Support sustaining capital portfolio delivery
