Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
to lead the delivery of a major non-process infrastructure project in the resources sector. This hands-on leadership role carries end-to-end responsibility for program delivery, commercial performance, and client engagement. You’ll manage multi-site operations across design, factory, logistics, and site activities, while being empowered to make key decisions supported by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated schedules across design, manufacturing, logistics, and site activities.
- Drive consistent delivery rhythms, throughput targets, and progress reporting.
- Oversee contract obligations, variations, RFIs, claims, and extensions of time.
- Lead procurement, subcontractor management, and ensure strong commercial performance.
- Provide visible leadership in safety, risk management, QA, inspections, and commissioning.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of ~50 across multiple sites.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships with a solutions-focused approach.
- Proven leader with strong commercial acumen, technical depth, and excellent planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing $20–$50m+ projects in resources, remote, or large-scale infrastructure settings.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, variations, and claims.
- Calm, decisive leadership with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly to remote sites (short visits).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and WA project experience will be highly regarded.
