• Lead end-to-end software project delivery: planning, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality applications.
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure clear communication of goals, status, and changes to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and accountability.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including technical specifications, timelines, and progress reports.

• 4+ years managing software or application development projects, with proven delivery success.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Git, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and lead technical teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
