Based in Perth with some site travel, you will play a key role coordinating suppliers, managing interfaces, and supporting execution through to completion.
Reporting into the client’s project team, you will be responsible for managing engineering and delivery interfaces across the balanced machine package. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, working closely with OEMs, contractors, logistics providers and site teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interface management with balanced machine OEMs and suppliers
- Coordination of equipment, materials and goods to site
- Supporting project execution across fabrication, transport, installation and commissioning phases
- Managing schedules, documentation and supplier deliverables
- Liaising with port operations, construction teams and stakeholders
- Supporting progress reporting, risk management and issue resolution
Ideally you will have;
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 5–8 years’ experience in project engineering or delivery roles
- Previous balanced machines experience is highly preferred(stackers, reclaimers, shiploaders or similar)
- Strong supplier and contractor coordination capability
- Comfortable working in a client-side, interface-heavy environment
- Perth-based, with flexibility for site travel as required
