About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Project Engineer (Mechanical) will deliver refinery improvement and capital works projects from design through to completion. The role requires strong mechanical expertise and stakeholder coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical
- 10+ years’ project engineering experience
- Refinery or oil & gas project background
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Site-based project delivery experience
- Manage refinery capital works projects
- Coordinate vendors & engineering teams
- Apply mechanical expertise to plant systems
- Ensure compliance with safety & quality
- Provide reporting, budgets & risk input
- Long-term contract role in Kwinana
- Site allowance provided
- Broad refinery project exposure
- Work with multidisciplinary teams
- Career growth in capital works delivery
