Reporting to the Project Leader, you will manage project coordination, governance, and procurement support. The role includes budget tracking, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with processes and policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as Project Coordinator
- Large-scale commercial fit-out project background
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Finance and procurement coordination skills
- Knowledge of governance processes
- Provide project administration support
- Coordinate procurement and finance tasks
- Track and report on budgets
- Manage project governance documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce meeting actions and minutes
- Support supplier onboarding and contracts
- Competitive contract rate
