These roles will work closely with site leadership and the broader E&I team to coordinate contractors, manage site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day electrical and instrumentation construction activities on site
- Supervise and support multiple E&I contractors across various work fronts
- Ensure strict compliance with permit-to-work systems and isolation requirements
- Monitor and manage QA/QC compliance in line with technical standards
- Support construction sequencing, planning, and execution activities
- Interface closely with site supervision, engineers, and construction teams
- Identify and resolve site issues impacting safety, quality, or schedule
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Solid experience working on large-scale mining or infrastructure projects
- Background in an EPCM or contractor environment (preferred), or an owner’s team environment
- Strong experience with permit-to-work systems, QA/QC processes, and contractor management
- Sound understanding of construction processes and E&I technical standards
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractor work fronts simultaneously
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with:
- HV/LV systems
- Switchgear
- Motor Control Centres (MCCs)
- Instrumentation systems
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
- Hours: 11.5-hour paid days
- Travel: Flexible FIFO options (fly in Monday or Friday)
- Duration: Long-term opportunity (12+ months)
- Rate: Competitive hourly rate
