About the Role
As Project Controls Manager, you will provide leadership across all project controls functions, ensuring consistent systems, processes and standards are applied across multiple projects. You will deliver clear performance insights, support informed decision-making, and help achieve successful project outcomes.
This Perth CBD-based position offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time finish flexibility and hybrid work options, along with occasional site travel to engage directly with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated project controls across multiple projects
- Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and forecasting activities
- Deliver accurate project performance reporting and dashboards
- Manage change control and risk management processes
- Provide project controls and commercial advice to delivery teams
- Partner with engineering, construction and commercial stakeholders
- Mentor and develop project controls team members
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, tools and processes
You are a commercially astute Project Controls professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence outcomes in complex delivery environments. You bring a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to drive performance.
You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience in project controls within engineering, construction or resources sectors
- Strong capability across cost management, scheduling and forecasting
- Experience managing complex project portfolios
- Proficiency with project controls systems and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction or similar
