Procurement Officer – Perth Office
Our client is expanding and looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team.
In this role, you’ll support procurement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, governance, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including planning, tendering, evaluation, and contract award.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, expediting reports, and documentation using SmartPlant Materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to site and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Support contract development and negotiations.
- Experience in a procurement role, ideally within an engineering or project-based environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, materials, and plant procurement.
- High attention to detail, able to follow procedures and meet audit standards.
