Location: Perth
Contract Length: 12 months
This Analyst will primarily be responsible for:
- Supporting the management of SAP outline agreements and corresponding material information for MRO suppliers to improve data integrity and maximise transactional efficiency.
- Understanding and implementing automation tools (including bots) for price file management tasks and requests for quotation.
- Assisting consolidation activity across the MRO portfolio by identifying and categorising in-scope materials and preparing price files for SAP loading.
- Supporting the MRO Principal Advisor and team with regular spend reporting and dashboarding to provide improved visibility of benefits delivered across the MRO portfolio.
- Providing general analytical support to the MRO team as required.
• Well-developed analytical skills and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability
• Working knowledge of Power BI, with the ability to develop and maintain interactive reports for internal and external stakeholders
• SAP familiarity or experience (preferred but not essential)
