Key Responsibilities:
Change & Engagement
- Lead change and communications activities for both projects.
- Build engagement plans, key messages, FAQs and feedback loops across all stakeholder groups.
- Act as the point of contact for frontline teams, capturing insights, concerns and improvement opportunities.
- Support definition of the future operating model for both projects.
- Support rollout of the LME/SME App, including user onboarding, training, change impact assessments.
- Work closely with project managers to track readiness ad risks.
- Prepare comms packs, slide decks, updates and decision papers.
- Maintain documentation and stakeholder maps.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, asset management, or transformation projects.
- Ability to simplify complex change into practical training and communications.
- Comfortable working with office-based and remote/site teams.
