Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ yrs leadership in operations/project delivery
- Civil construction & infrastructure experience
- MRWA project exposure desirable
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Australian working rights
- Direct daily project operations
- Manage teams & foster accountability
- Optimise resource utilisation & cost control
- Oversee HSE & quality compliance
- Liaise with clients & stakeholders
