Overview:

Seeking experienced Lead Mechanical Engineers with strong EPCM background and 10+ years of industry tenure. Candidates with gold project experience are highly desirable. Will also consider those with experience in copper, nickel, and/or lithium projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience within the resources sector
• EPCM project delivery background
• Gold project experience (desirable)
• Exposure to copper, nickel, or lithium projects advantageous
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills

• Lead mechanical design and engineering activities
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Support project delivery across various resource sector portfolios
