Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status
- 15+ years’ mechanical design experience in resources/energy
- Expertise in bulk materials handling and DEM analysis
- Proven leadership and client engagement skills
- Previous experience on brownfields mining projects
- Manage multidisciplinary design delivery
- Lead mechanical design and reviews
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Liaise with clients and GID teams
- Drive safety, quality, and innovation
