Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in electrical engineering across a range of projects
• Chartered status or working towards (RPEQ or CPEng preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards
• Proficient in design software such as ETAP, PowerCAD, AutoCAD, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities
• Capable of working both autonomously and within a collaborative team setting

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver electrical designs for HV and LV systems, switchgear, and power distribution networks
• Conduct technical assessments, investigations, and feasibility studies
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of design documents, drawings, and specifications
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and drafting personnel
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
