Lead civil design for plant platforms, access roads and drainage. Guide engineers, review deliverables and oversee cost inputs. Collaborate across disciplines to support layout and site selection.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience leading civil teams
- Earthworks and drainage design experience
- Mining or heavy industry background
- Proficient in 12D, Civil 3D or AutoCAD
- Deliver civil design packages
- Lead engineers and designers
- Review drawings and calculations
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Approve civil cost estimates
- Coordinate layout optimisation
