Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- 6+ years in procurement or category management
- Mining or construction industry experience
- ERP (SAP/S4HANA) proficiency
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Lead sourcing and category strategies
- Manage supplier performance and risk
- Oversee contracts and compliance
- Deliver commercial outcomes and reports
- Coach and develop category advisors
- Strategic leadership opportunity
