About the Role
Reporting to the OT Team Lead, this position supports the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of OT systems including PCS and FMS. You’ll provide Level 2/3 technical support, ensuring reliability and efficiency across critical operational environments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology field
- SME in servers, storage, and virtualisation
- Skilled in automation (Powershell/Python)
- OT / PCS / FMS systems exposure
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
- Provide Level 2/3 technical OT support
- Maintain standards, documentation, and processes
- Develop maintenance strategies and schedules
- Record work in service management systems
- Collaborate across IT/OT support teams
- 8:6 site-based roster
- Long-term operational stability
- Exposure to large-scale mining systems
- Professional growth within OT infrastructure
- Strong safety and teamwork culture
