About the Role
Deliver deskside and remote IT support for project teams. Report to IS&T Lead while managing hardware, software, and asset systems using ServiceNow.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of ServiceNow systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Provide deskside/remote IT support
- Deploy hardware and software
- Maintain IT documentation
- Coordinate with corporate support teams
- Implement information security controls
