Provide advice and administer project agreements, ensuring compliance with legislation. Work closely with contractors, unions, and the site team to manage IR issues and support workforce services.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary HR/IR qualifications highly regarded
- 8+ years IR/HR experience in construction/EPC
- Strong ER case management background
- Excellent stakeholder and union engagement skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Manage site IR and employee relations
- Conduct case management and audits
- Support and implement HSE systems
- Resolve disputes through formal processes
- Manage rosters and condition changes
- Provide advice and training on agreements
- Coordinate union right-of-entry visits
