Human Resources Advisor
About the Role:
Provide end-to-end HR, ER, and IR support across multiple operational projects. Partner with site leadership and head office HR to drive engagement and compliance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• HR/ER/IR experience in resources sector
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Confident communicator and advisor
• Experience in investigations and reporting
• EBA and union liaison experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Partner with site leaders on ER/IR
• Support EBA negotiations and compliance
• Manage investigations and reporting
• Oversee case management and engagement
• Provide HR support to other project sites
