Manage HSE performance across site activities and lead a team of superintendents, advisors and administrators. Oversee risk, investigations and compliance processes. Report to leadership and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- HSE management experience in mining or construction
- Knowledge of WHS legislation and risk processes
- Incident investigation capability
- HSE reporting system proficiency
- Diploma or degree in HSE or equivalent
- Manage site HSE functions
- Lead and support HSE team
- Oversee risk management tasks
- Coordinate incident investigations
- Review reporting and compliance
- Engage site stakeholders
