About the Role:
In this hands-on graduate role, you will:
- Support process design, development, and testwork interpretation across early-phase and feasibility-level studies
- Collaborate with metallurgists, geologists, and project engineers to contribute to flow sheet development and process modelling
- Assist in the evaluation of process plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in laboratory trials and pilot plant operations (when required)
- Gain exposure to permitting, environmental, and sustainability considerations
About You:
- A degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering (completed within the last 2 years)
- Passion for mining, critical minerals, or sustainable resources
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a close-knit, multidisciplinary team
- Involvement or membership in relevant engineering or innovation communities— bonus if you’re active in motorsport, renewables, or emerging technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and process simulation tools (e.g., METSIM, SysCAD, or similar—preferred but not required.
