Join a High-Impact Fleet Delivery Team | Perth-Based |
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team managing over 9,000 LME assets. As a LME Delivery Advisor, you'll be at the centre of planning, supervising, and coordinating vehicle builds from procurement through to site delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vendor engagement and vehicle build tracking
- Ensure build quality and compliance through inspections and QA processes
- Drive project timelines, supplier accountability, and risk mitigation
- Support documentation, specifications, and fleet delivery guides
- Collaborate across teams and sites to improve build quality and fleet performance
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Weekly/Monthly meetings with vendors and suppliers to discuss project execution and highlight any risks
Experience/Requirements
- Experience in vehicle delivery, supply chain, or fleet operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coach vendors on quality, safety, and expectations
- Strong commitment to personal and team safety
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting requirements
- Solid understanding of Light Mobile Equipment (LME) systems and mechanics
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in project coordination with sound project management capabilities
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential delays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Motivated to improve processes and contribute to team success
- Flexible and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Valid C-Class driver’s licence
