Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive/C-suite and other hard-to-fill roles, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Search & Sourcing: Develop targeted and innovative search strategies across various functions and disciplines, including research to identify suitable talent and companies.
• Candidate Engagement: Convert talent prospects into active candidates through effective engagement and assessment.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong talent networks by leveraging trusted industry sources to establish external talent pipelines.
• Strategy: Provide strategic advice and market insights to business leaders and stakeholders on talent trends and sourcing strategies.
• Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with senior and strategic talent across diverse sectors, ensuring a high-quality, professional candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates, business leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

About You:
• Proven experience in executive or senior-level recruitment, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing and direct candidate outreach
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with full life-cycle executive recruitment and best practices.
• Skilled in passive sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and behavioral interviewing.
• Expert understanding of all recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, job analysis, and assessment.
• Ability to present and implement new recruitment concepts to senior leadership and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Understanding of complex organizational structures, including matrix and global environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
